1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Ashtree Studio website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use Ashtree Studio's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Products and Services

Ashtree Studio provides custom 3D printing services. All products are made to order based on customer specifications. We reserve the right to refuse any order that we deem inappropriate, illegal, or that violates our ethical standards. Product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes and actual products may vary.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All orders are subject to acceptance by Ashtree Studio. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or fraud. Payment terms will be specified at the time of order confirmation.

• We accept payment via methods specified during checkout
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and delivery times will be communicated at the time of order. Ashtree Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is defective or significantly different from what was ordered. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Custom orders that have entered production may not be eligible for refunds. 7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Ashtree Studio or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission.

8. User Content

If you submit any content to us (including but not limited to design files, images, or specifications), you grant Ashtree Studio a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of fulfilling your order and improving our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ashtree Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, or for the cost of procurement of substitute services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ashtree Studio, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another.
